My story
I always wanted to be a chef. I imagined floating effortlessly around a kitchen garnishing dishes and tasting beautiful food. At 16 years old I put on my chefs whites for the first time and soon found out how hard and different kitchen life would be. Fast forward over 30 years of long days, hot kitchens and little social or family life, I knew i wanted something different, but still in the trade that I had come to love and patisserie was my one true love.I have always loved patisserie and for over 10 years I specialised in it. Pastry and desserts are my passion and I would now like to share that with you.I want you and your customers to love them as much as I do.
